Service Event - Long Island

Our service activity of clean-up at the Walled Garden in Caumsett State Park on April 12 was great! The Long Island and New York City alumni chapters teamed up with the Caumsett Foundation for some hard work and good fun.  The Foundation provided coffee and donuts for us in the morning, along with gourmet sandwiches, salad and drinks for lunch. We did so me weeding, pulling out plants that weren't wanted, and pruning of ornamental grasses or dead stalks.
